I’ve always been captivated by birds, especially doves and pigeons. The sight of a bird being released from a cage, even just in a picture, fills me with joy and a profound sense of peace. It’s a feeling that resonates deeply with me, and I wanted it to symbolize the energy and passion I pour into the work I believe in: helping others break free from their self-imposed limitations and encouraging them to believe in themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Life’s journey, as clich\u00e9d as it may sound, is a path we all navigate, sometimes on our own terms and sometimes just as it unfolds. With age comes experience and a newfound confidence that shapes how we react to different situations and prioritize people over circumstances. Growing up in a multi-ethnic city has taught me that no two people or situations are alike, and it’s up to me to decide how I interpret and handle them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Coming from a privileged background, I’ve realized that despite the external appearances, we can find ourselves in various cages, each inhibiting our growth and well-being. These cages can be gilded, dark and stifling, or even invisible, but they all hold us back in their unique ways. It’s in these moments that we feel trapped, restricted by stereotypes, gender-related roles, societal pressures, or personal doubts.
I’ve always advocated for addressing these inhibitions head-on and liberating ourselves. All it takes are the right tools and guidance to unlock our potential, and from that point on, there’s no looking back. It’s a journey to freedom and self-discovery that transforms us into better, more confident versions of ourselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


I believe it’s crucial to break the taboo surrounding seeking help, especially when it comes to mental health and well-being. Just as we treat physical ailments, we should prioritize our mental health. Seeking help is essential to break the cycle of inhibitions and complexes that can erode our well-being and relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
